Position

Legal Secretary and Office Administrator

Sherborne, Dorset

9am-5.15pm | Monday-Friday

From £23,016.00

  • Providing all-round secretarial and administrative support
  • Liaising with clients and answering basic queries
  • Diary management
  • Producing documents (with the use of digital dictation)
  • Maintaining filing and record systems
  • Office support including ordering stationery, office supplies, dealing with incoming and outgoing post

We are currently recruiting a full-time Legal Secretary and Office Administrator for our busy and successful Sherborne office.

The role will be based on reception and include some office management duties such as ordering stationery, meet and greet of clients, and controlling and balancing petty cash.

Please note that due to the nature of this role, hybrid working is not available.

Requirements

  • Can work under pressure
  • Be able to communicate effectively
  • Ensure that the client's best interests are always served
  • Excellent typing skills
  • IT skills are essential
