Legal Secretary(Part-Time)
Location: Cheltenham
Hours: Part-Time – Flexible
Salary: Competitive, depending on experience
Key Responsibilities of a Legal Secretary:
Providing high-quality secretarial and administrative support to the Litigation team
Preparing court bundles and legal documents with a high level of accuracy
Typing and formatting correspondence and case materials
Managing diaries, coordinating meetings, and handling incoming calls
Maintaining efficient filing and document management systems
Raising invoices and supporting general office administration tasks
Key Skills of a Legal Secretary:
Previous experience in a legal secretary or business support role, ideally within Litigation
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills
Resilience under pressure and a proactive, team-focused approach
Confident communicator with a professional and approachable manner
Competent in Microsoft Office and document management systems
