Legal Secretary(Part-Time)

Location: Cheltenham
Hours: Part-Time – Flexible
Salary: Competitive, depending on experience

Key Responsibilities of a Legal Secretary:

  • Providing high-quality secretarial and administrative support to the Litigation team

  • Preparing court bundles and legal documents with a high level of accuracy

  • Typing and formatting correspondence and case materials

  • Managing diaries, coordinating meetings, and handling incoming calls

  • Maintaining efficient filing and document management systems

  • Raising invoices and supporting general office administration tasks

Key Skills of a Legal Secretary:

  • Previous experience in a legal secretary or business support role, ideally within Litigation

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

  • Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills

  • Resilience under pressure and a proactive, team-focused approach

  • Confident communicator with a professional and approachable manner

  • Competent in Microsoft Office and document management systems
