Excellent opportunity for an experienced Residential Conveyancing Legal Secretary to join a medium-sized law firm in London, near Regents Park and Camden. Salary up to £40k. Hours: 9.30am to 5.30pm. Hybrid working 2 days per week from home.

If you have 2-5 years' recent experience as a Residential Conveyancing Legal Secretary, this could be the ideal opportunity for you. Supporting a team of 6 Paralegals and Fee Earners, as a knowledgeable Conveyancing Legal Secretary you will be fully involved and able to use your initiative. Duties include -

  • Full range of secretarial tasks
  • Liaising daily with clients
  • Responding to client queries
  • Providing quotes for work to clients
  • Carrying out property searches
  • Land Registry documents
  • Opening news files
  • Generally supporting the Solicitors and Paralegals as required

The role is interesting and varied and you will be able to fully utilise your legal secretary and conveyancing skills. The majority of the work is Residential Conveyancing although you will be involved with Commercial Conveyancing from time to time.

You will require 2-5 years' recent Conveyancing Secretarial experience, excellent IT skills including MS Office, the ability to work to a high degree of accuracy and communicate effectively in a polite manner with clients.
