Overview

Our client is seeking a highly experienced Legal Secretary to provide proactive and efficient secretarial support to a team of legal fee earners. This role is key to ensuring that legal professionals can focus on delivering exceptional services to clients by managing a broad range of administrative and organisational tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Finance teams to ensure seamless support of fee earners' financial processes
  • Coordinate with Business Development to organise and support attendance at conferences and events
  • Assist with client relationship activities, including meetings, events, and compiling client reports
  • Manage matter lifecycle processes, ensuring timely preparation of engagement letters and liaising with Business Acceptance Units
  • Handle comprehensive diary management, including travel arrangements and forward planning

Candidate Profile

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with meticulous attention to grammar and detail
  • Minimum of 6 years’ experience in a similar professional environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and adaptability to new technologies
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and independently when required
  • Flexibility and commitment to delivering high-quality support in a fast-paced setting
