  • Digital dictation and audio typing of legal documentation and correspondence.
  • Preparing and formatting court forms, legal bundles, and case files.
  • Diary and calendar management, including court scheduling and client appointments.
  • Liaising professionally with clients, courts, barristers, and third-party agencies.
  • Supporting fee earners with general administrative tasks and case management.

Our client - a modern and dynamic firm of solicitors with offices across Preston - is seeking a professional and proactive Legal Secretary to join their growing team.
