This is an excellent opportunity to work with a dynamic and supportive team providing high-quality legal secretarial assistance to fee earners in a fast-paced, professional environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Diary management and scheduling meetings and conference calls.
  • Monitoring emails and responding or escalating as appropriate.
  • Arranging travel and creating itineraries.
  • Handling telephone calls with professionalism and accuracy.
  • Managing document production and formatting, including amendments, indexing, and proofreading.
  • Preparing short PowerPoint presentations and basic correspondence.
  • Maintaining contact databases and supporting fee earners with expense processing.
  • Liaising with internal teams such as Marketing, Business Development, Finance, and Events.

  • Proven experience in a busy corporate or legal environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication, organisation, and client service skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
