Are you an organised, proactive and professional Legal Secretary looking to take the next step in your career?

We're looking for a confident and capable individual to join our friendly and fast-paced Bristol office. In this key support role, you'll work closely with fee earners to provide outstanding secretarial and administrative assistance-ensuring our client's legal team runs like clockwork.

What you'll be doing:

  • Managing diaries, meetings and conference calls with efficiency and discretion
  • Handling inboxes and communications in fee-earners' absence
  • Booking travel and organising itineraries
  • Dealing with phone enquiries in a polished, professional manner
  • Formatting and amending legal documents, correspondence, and presentations
  • Coordinating workflows with internal teams (Document Production, Reprographics, etc.)
  • Proofreading and preparing documents to the highest standard
  • Supporting with expenses, marketing coordination, and team admin
  • Maintaining client and contact records in systems like Outlook and InterAction

What we're looking for:

  • Previous experience in a legal or corporate environment (essential)
  • Strong IT skills-confident in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Impressive attention to detail and exceptional organisational abilities
  • Excellent client care-able to communicate with professionalism and warmth
  • A team player with a flexible approach and a 'can do' attitude
  • Comfortable working under pressure, juggling tasks and meeting deadlines
  • A proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and grow
