Brainkind seeks a highly organised Legal Data Administrator to bolster the in-house legal and risk team. Reporting to the General Counsel, you will handle data and risk-related administrative tasks and support the governance framework within the charity sector.
No prior legal experience is required, but familiarity with SARs/RFIs and Datix will help. Hybrid role with office attendance in Burgess Hill and UK-wide service locations, with potential for remote work after 1 month review.
Location: Hybrid working with attendance at the head office located in Burgess Hill or a Brainkind service located in the UK - fully remote after 1 month performance review
Salary: Up to £26,300 DOE per annum (pro rata 4 days per week)
Hours: 35 hours per week
Contract Type: Full-time; FTC for 6 months, with view to going permanent thereafter

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Legal Data Administrator to support our in-house legal and risk team. Reporting directly to the General Counsel, you will assist with a wide range of data and risk-related administrative tasks. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to develop their career in legal and compliance within the charity sector. We are looking for someone who can bring energy and commitment to the role, and work as part of the Legal team to best support Brainkind. No prior legal experience is necessary, but familiarity with working with data requests especially SARs and RFIs, including court orders, would be helpful.
