Job Description:

To liaise with vendors for a global law firm and provide research support.

Responsibilities:

1. Procurement: acquisition, delivery, renewal and promotion of information resources and liaising with vendors.
2. Deal with a range of legal and business information requests, from quick requests for cases, legislation and company information to more in-depth legal research.
3. Assist with the delivering of training and inductions for lawyers, trainees and other new joiners.
4. Supporting the end-to-end management of current awareness.
5. Maintain information on the client information systems and intranet.

Experience Required:

1. Ideally some procurement, vendor management and acquisitions experience.
2. Relevant work experience in Information Services, preferably in a legal or business commercial environment.
3. Some experience in undertaking research and/or answering enquiries.
4. Some familiarity with legal and business research databases.
5. Information-related qualification would be ideal.
6. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
