Location Hybrid Working / Trinity Estates - Vantage Point, 23 Mark Road, Hemel Hempstead, Herts, HP2 7DN

Working Hours 09:00 17:15 Monday - Friday

Salary £23,050 per annum

Job Description:

The Legal Resales Administrator is responsible for working with residents, solicitors and other members of staff to assist with the sale, purchase and/or remortgage of our properties. Key responsibilities and tasks include:

  • To answer queries and deal with correspondence relating to residential property sales, primarily concerned with buyers pre-sale enquiries.
  • To manage and report independently on own workload and maintain agreed turnaround times, working to clear deadlines.
  • Liaise with different teams, internally and externally, to obtain information required to answer enquiries.
  • To process the incoming legal documentation to ensure successful transfer of the property on our internal system.
  • To work with the team, collaborate and share knowledge.
