We’d love to hear from legal professionals interested in a re-train role in legal recruitment, offering a rewarding career both financially and professionally.

Based in our stunning office in the vibrant Spinningfields area, we offer a dynamic, fun, and supportive work environment, including an on-site gym free for all team members to use!

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Legal Recruitment Consultant, you'll manage your own business within our supportive, high-performance team. Your previous experience in the legal industry will help you build relationships and understand client and candidate motivations quickly.

Your daily activities will include:

  • Building and maintaining long-term relationships with major UK law firms, offering consultancy, market insights, and tailored recruitment solutions.
  • Engaging with legal professionals daily to help them advance their careers.
  • Attracting top-tier talent through our extensive database, LinkedIn Recruiter, job ads, and networking strategies.
