What You’ll Be Doing?

As aLegal Recruitment Consultant, you’ll essentially be running your own business within our supportive, high-performance team. With previous experience in the legal industry this should allow you to hit the ground running with building relationships and understanding client and candidate motivations.

Your day-to-day will be busy and varied, but always rewarding! You’ll have the opportunity to:
  • Build and maintain long-standing relationships with some of the UK’s biggest law firms, offering consultancy, advising on current market conditions, and providing tailored recruitment solutions.
  • Engage with legal professionals every day, helping them advance their careers and achieve their goals.
