This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established legal recruiter in London. They focus on permanent placements in top 100 US law firms across the London legal market. The role offers hybrid working with flexibility regarding start and finish times. They are open to recruiters at all levels of their career and offer a salary between £30k - £70k, depending on experience. This business is mature and trusting, providing support, training, and tools to enhance your billing potential. There are no KPIs and no micro-management.

Candidate

Applicants must have at least 12 months experience as a 360 billing recruiter, involving business development, contract negotiation, sourcing, and placing candidates. Responsibilities include developing existing and lapsed clients, winning new business, and proactively contacting candidates and clients via telephone rather than relying solely on adverts and emails.
