Role

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established legal recruiter in London. They focus on permanent placements in top 100 US law firms across the London legal market. The role offers hybrid working with flexibility regarding start and finish times. They will consider recruiters at all career levels and offer a salary between £30k - £70k, depending on experience. This business is mature and trusting, providing support, training, and tools to enhance your billing potential. There are no KPIs and no micro-management.

Potential for a 4-day week. Commission paid up to 40%. 25 days holiday, Life Assurance, Private Medical Insurance, 5% Employer Pension scheme. Access to advanced tech and data-driven tools. Hybrid and flexible working hours.

Candidate

Applicants must have at least 12 months experience as a 360 billing recruiter, including business development, negotiating contracts, sourcing, and placing candidates. You should have experience developing existing clients and winning new business. The role involves proactive contact with candidates and clients via telephone, rather than relying solely on adverts and emails.
