We’re looking for an experienced 360 recruiter to take ownership of a high-value desk, working with City firms, Magic Circle practices, and fast-growing regional players. What We’re Looking For

1. 360 recruitment experience in Legal, Professional Services, or another high-value sector (e.g., Banking, Accountancy, Financial Services).
2. Proven business development skills – confident in winning and growing accounts with top legal firms and corporate clients.
3. Commercially driven and results-focused – this role rewards recruiters who operate strategically and take ownership.
4. Experience working with legal professionals, from NQ solicitors to partners and senior in-house counsel.
