We are seeking a talented Recruitment Consultant to join our market-leading Paralegal team, working closely with Evie Kennett (Head of Paralegal Recruitment).

This is a fantastic opportunity to join an extremely warm desk working with some of the most prestigious law firm clients in the world! It is a full 360 recruitment role whereby you will be responsible for:

1. Sourcing suitable candidates using various job boards and LinkedIn market mapping
2. Interviewing and conducting interview preparations with candidates
3. Creating and posting job adverts
4. Attending client meetings and building long-standing relationships
5. Supporting the Head with other ad-hoc tasks as/when necessary

Requirements:

1. Prior recruitment experience (legal sector preferred but not essential)
2. A minimum of 6 months' recruitment experience within a 360 role
3. A team player with a positive 'can do’ attitude and growth mindset
4. A high level of attention to detail
5. Strong written and verbal communication skills
6. Excellent IT skills including Word and Excel
7. Calm under pressure
