Job description

Our boutique law firm client in London is recruiting for an Office Co-Ordinator to handle a varied admin role. Responsibilities include:

  1. Greeting external clients at FOH
  2. Organising meeting rooms
  3. Managing office inventory
  4. Handling invoices and expenses
  5. Processing postal requests
  6. Performing administrative duties

This is a busy and responsible position with scope for role development once settled in. The working atmosphere is busy but friendly. The salary is up to £38k (experience dependent), and the role is 100% in the office. Candidates with experience in a London law firm, accountancy firm, or similar professional office setting involving reception and admin work are encouraged to apply.
