They are a successful solicitor's firm dealing with a range of matters including Property, Private Client, Family, Employment, and Company & Commercial and Litigation matters.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Handling incoming enquiries by telephone and greeting clients and visitors.
  • Assisting with printing, scanning, and photocopying tasks.
  • Providing typing support when needed.
  • Covering for other departments such as Reception, Hospitality, Switchboard, and Archiving as required.
  • Assisting with administrative tasks across departments.
  • Managing the distribution of post, DX, couriers, deliveries, and supplies.
  • Procurement of supplies including stationery, photocopier supplies, and franking.
  • Monitoring and maintaining stationery stock levels on the floors.

Skills and Requirements:
