This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to join as a Legal Receptionist in a supportive team and provide legal assistance to client matters.

What you’ll do:

When you join Davisons Law as a Legal Receptionist, you will have experience in the customer service sector, preferably reception duties. You will have strong customer service skills and be comfortable speaking with clients and third parties both on the telephone and in person.

This role requires professional communication, both written and verbal. The ideal candidate will be extremely organized, methodical, and presentable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet clients upon arrival and offer drinks
  • Ensure meeting rooms are kept tidy
  • Answer, screen, and transfer incoming calls, updating clients
  • Provide administrative support to all staff
  • Scan and distribute mail daily
  • Prepare post for dispatch and manage the business inbox
  • Maintain the reception area’s presentation and order stock such as stationery
  • Prepare correspondence using our case management system
  • Carry out other duties as required
