Tru Recruitment have an opportunity to join a growing law firm as a Receptionist/Administrator.

At this growing, successful Cheltenham based law firm, we’re looking for a Receptionist/Administrator to be the face of the firm and the trusted support behind the scenes. This is an opportunity to channel your maturity, discretion, and organisational skills into a role where your dedication truly matters.

In this pivotal position, you will:
  • Answer phones and meet and greet clients, delivering a professional and welcoming first impression.
  • Manage meeting room bookings and ensure spaces are prepared to a high standard.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, ensuring all communications are dealt with promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain responsibility for office stationery and petty cash, ensuring stock and finances are monitored effectively.
  • Record figures and payments on the computer system with accuracy and precision.
  • Match requisitions and assist with basic financial recording tasks.
  • Assist with document preparation, filing, and data entry to support the legal team.
  • Provide audio typing support as required to assist the secretarial team.
  • Organise and coordinate incoming and outgoing post.
  • Provide general administrative support to the team, ensuring the office runs smoothly and efficiently.

You’ll thrive here if you have a keen eye for detail, a proactive mindset, and a natural ability to stay one step ahead. Confidence in managing basic financial tasks and a readiness to take ownership of key administrative duties will set you apart. Ideally, you will have previous office reception/admin experience in a professional environment or law firm.

Working hours are 8.50am - 5pm, Monday to Friday.
