Legal Project Executive Role at an International Law Firm

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Legal Project Executive to join an international law firm based in London. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing multiple cases and matters, providing practical support to fee earners in managing their caseloads, timelines, and clients. Additionally, the role involves delivering project management training and promoting engagement with the firm's Legal Project Management tools.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong relationship-building skills, effective collaboration, and excellent communication skills to ensure consistent use of LPM tools across the firm. The ability to implement project management behaviors in a fast-paced environment is essential.

Minimum Requirements

• Strong project experience (administrator, assistant, officer, or executive level) from a law firm or professional services organization.
• Ability to perform well under pressure and prioritize tasks.
• Personable, eager to learn new skills, and a proven team player.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Willingness to travel to other UK offices occasionally.

Education and Qualifications

• Degree in law or business (or equivalent).
