Job Description:

We are currently recruiting for a Legal Process Improvement Manager to join our team in London to support building the firm’s capability in legal process improvement. This includes creating a framework to identify, design, implement, monitor, and measure process improvement projects across practice groups.

Legal Process Improvement is a team within Advanced Delivery & Solutions, aimed at transforming service delivery and improving outcomes for the firm, our people, and our clients. Responsibilities include:

  1. Identifying and prioritizing legal process improvement projects with practice areas
  2. Delivering end-to-end legal process improvements using Advanced Delivery & Solutions technology
  3. Promoting and facilitating the use of solutions by practice groups
  4. Supporting long-term adoption of new ways of working
Role and responsibilities:
  • Managing legal process improvement projects, including change management
  • Analyzing data to identify areas for improvement
  • Working with practice groups to analyze legal services
  • Creating business cases for change and securing sponsorship
  • Reviewing legal work using process improvement methodologies
  • Facilitating workshops for stakeholder input and buy-in
  • Identifying root causes and developing solutions
  • Managing subject matter experts and supporting pilot projects
  • Leading cultural change and measuring process effectiveness
Key requirements:
  • Strong consultancy skills and experience
  • Lean Six Sigma training and accreditation preferred
