We're seeking an ambitious 360 Billing Recruitment Consultant to join our expanding team in Wigan. As a specialist in Legal Private Practice recruitment, you'll work with some of the North's most prestigious businesses while building your own personal brand in this lucrative market.

Your Role

  • Full 360-degree recruitment lifecycle ownership
  • Business development and account management with key clients
  • Candidate sourcing, screening, and relationship building
  • Market mapping and headhunting of passive candidates
  • Negotiating terms and closing deals
  • Managing the end-to-end recruitment process

What You'll Need

  • Proven track record in recruitment (minimum 1 year) or relevant recruitment sales experience
