The Opportunity

We're seeking an ambitious 360 Billing Recruitment Consultant to join our expanding team in Nottingham. As a specialist in Legal Private Practice recruitment, you'll work with some of the UK's most prestigious businesses while building your own personal brand in this lucrative market.

Your Role

  1. Full 360-degree recruitment lifecycle ownership
  2. Business development and account management with key clients
  3. Candidate sourcing, screening, and relationship building
  4. Market mapping and headhunting of passive candidates
  5. Negotiating terms and closing deals
  6. Managing the end-to-end recruitment process

What You'll Need

  1. Proven track record in recruitment (minimum 1 year) or relevant recruitment sales experience
