Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales) with substantial PQE at Senior Associate or Partner level.

• Open to all practice areas including Corporate & Commercial, CRE/Residential Property, Employment, Private Client, Litigation, and Family.
• Collaborative mindset for cross-referrals within UK and international network.
• Entrepreneurial, client-focused with the ability to operate independently while leveraging central resources.

Responsibilities

The Opportunity

In this autonomous partner-level role, you will lead your own practice within a 'hive-style' collaborative network that actively drives internal cross-referrals across practice groups. Supported by full SRA/regulatory compliance, professional indemnity insurance, tier-one IT systems, and administrative support, you will focus on client service and practice development. Designed for forward-thinking lawyers who want to build their own team or scale their client base without traditional law firm politics, this position offers total flexibility over your working hours, location, and fee structures.

Key Requirements & Ideal Profile

• Qualifications & Background: Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales) holding significant senior post-qualification experience (PQE) at Senior Associate, Legal Director, Salaried Partner, or Equity Partner level.

• Portable Following: Demonstrable track record of business development and an established, portable client following (or a proven network capable of generating consistent instructions).

• Practice Disciplines: Applications welcomed across all legal practice areas, including Corporate & Commercial, Commercial Real Estate / Residential Property, Employment Law, Private Client, Commercial & Civil Litigation, and Family Law.

• Collaborative Mindset: Proactive commitment to cross-referring clients outside your core discipline to colleagues within the firm’s broader UK and international network.

• Entrepreneurial Approach: Driven, client-focused mindset with the commercial drive to operate independently while leveraging top-tier central resources.
