The role in 60 seconds

  • Role: Legal PA
  • Team: Developer (Transactional Property)
  • Locations: Southampton or Bristol
  • Working Pattern: Full-time

What you’ll do

  • Prepare and format legal documents including contracts, option agreements, title reports and land transfer forms.
  • Assist with due diligence checks on potential sites e.g. reviewing title deeds, land registry documents, searches.
  • Maintain and update site plans, plot schedules and development progress trackers.
  • Liaise with surveyors, planning consultants and local authorities for required documents and approvals.
  • Draft, amend and maintain precedent letters and house-style documents.
  • Ensure proper archiving, storage, and retrieval of property documents and deeds.
  • Generate and circulate client reports, ensuring timely updates and delivery.
  • Handle travel and diary management, ensuring fee earners are fully prepared for meetings.
  • Respond to client and stakeholder queries with clear, professional communication.
