This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate with previous experience in a similar role to join a forward-thinking, dynamic organization. You will be part of a great team of PAs and secretaries, working alongside and liaising with fee earners, clients, and key stakeholders. Your role will involve building and maintaining strong professional relationships to provide a consistently high level of support.

You will support three to four fee earners and undertake a variety of tasks, including:

  1. Diary and inbox management for fee earners, scheduling meetings and appointments, preparing necessary paperwork and documentation, and arranging national or international travel and accommodation.
  2. Handling initial telephone and email enquiries, dealing with general queries from clients promptly.
  3. Opening client files, ensuring documents and correspondence are correctly filed, passing them to relevant individuals, and producing/sending out documents and correspondence on behalf of fee earners.
  4. Utilizing document production and transcription resources effectively, supporting the growth and development of administrative staff.
  5. Maintaining records and client databases, updating with new details, and keeping accurate records in the practice management system.
  6. Supporting fee earners with billing and credit control processes, ensuring timesheets and payment documentation are compliant. Producing billing reports, letters, draft bills, and processing invoices and expenses.
  7. Ensuring all documentation and correspondence comply with the firm’s policies and procedures.

This role requires strong organizational and communication skills, flexibility, initiative, and the ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines. Applicants must have Legal PA experience, ideally in Corporate or similar.
