We welcome NQ solicitors through to experienced solicitors who can handle litigated motor claims, with a focus on defendant cases. The role offers a collaborative environment, with further progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience handling litigated claims, preferably defendant motor cases.
• Familiarity with the CPR and the SRA Code of Conduct and their practical application.

Responsibilities

• Handle motor-volume litigated claims and contribute to case strategy.
• Work with colleagues to progress files and achieve favourable outcomes.
• Support senior lawyers in all stages of the defence process.

What do I need?

You will have experience in handling litigated claims, preferably with a focus on defendant cases. Familiarity with the CPR and the SRA Code of Conduct, along with their practical application and knowledge of motor insurance.
