As a Legal Operations Manager, you’ll be at the heart of optimising people, processes, and technology to maximise value for Vodafone and our customers.

What you’ll do
  1. Drive Strategy & Transformation – Collaborate with the L&BI team to implement strategic programmes, fostering innovation and alignment across operations.
  2. Lead Operational Projects – Oversee and manage L&BI operations projects, ensuring progress, mitigating risks, and delivering within budget and timelines.
  3. Optimise Data & Technology – Identify and implement process improvements, leveraging analytics, AI solutions, and legal spend management tools to drive efficiency.
  4. Enhance Knowledge & Training – Develop and manage centralised knowledge repositories, supporting ongoing training through L&BI’s Academy.
  5. Enable Insights & Reporting – Use data analytics to extract insights, measure effectiveness, and support decision-making across legal operations.
Who you are
  1. A strategic thinker with project management experience and strong organisational skills.
  2. A technology enthusiast with a passion for driving efficiency through legal tech solutions.
  3. A clear communicator who can effectively collaborate with internal teams and external vendors.
  4. A proactive problem solver, continuously identifying opportunities for process improvements.
  5. Experience with PowerApps, Power BI, SharePoint, and other legal analytics tools is a plus.
