An established industry player is seeking a dedicated legal professional to join their Children's Services team. This role offers the opportunity to develop legal skills while working on impactful cases within one of the largest childcare teams in the UK. You will provide essential support to senior lawyers, draft legal documents, and engage in advocacy, all while being part of a collaborative and supportive environment. About The Role
Working Hours: 35 per week, full time
Contract Type: Time limited for 12 months

You will play an integral part in supporting Manchester, Rochdale and Salford’s Children’s Services. You will provide support to other lawyers and senior lawyers in the team but you will also have the opportunity to provide legal advice on your own matters as part of a supportive team. You will draft legal documents, liaise with clients and other parties and undertake your own advocacy.
This is a great opportunity for someone looking to develop their legal skills whilst working for one of the largest childcare teams in the country. Legal work for public services in Manchester, Salford and Rochdale Councils and the Greater Manchester Combined Authority puts you among the few practitioners in England’s first, and biggest, devolved region, where major decisions are now taken in-house rather than in Whitehall and by NHS administrations.
