Job Description:

My client is a global leading solar PV manufacturing company and solutions provider, seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Mandarin-speaking professional to join their team in London. This role offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing team, managing contract and sales operations.

Main responsibilities:

• Ensure the quality of regional contract business;
• Coordinate with regional channel partners throughout the transaction process, including quotation, signing, invoicing, payment collection, and delivery;
• Support channel developers in communication and reception work;
• Reconcile regional business data and provide feedback;
• Handle local administrative operations such as office leasing, decoration, expense reimbursement, vehicle leasing and management, and daily operational tasks (procurement of supplies, utilities, network, and supplier management);
• Assist headquarters with local HR tasks, including interviews, labor contracts, onboarding, attendance management, training, team building, resignation procedures, and salary processing.

Requirements:

• Legal background or experience in reviewing sales contracts;
• Right to work in the UK (no sponsorship available);
• HR experience is a plus but not necessary;
• Mandarin speaking is a plus but not necessary.
