Job Description:

My client is a global leading solar PV manufacturing company and solutions provider, looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Mandarin-speaking professional to join their team in London. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing team, managing contract and sales operations.

Main responsibilities include:

• Ensuring the quality of regional contract business;
• Coordinating with regional channel partners throughout the transaction process, including quotation, signing, invoicing, payment collection, and delivery;
• Supporting channel developers with communication and reception work;
• Reconciliation and feedback of regional business data;
• Handling local administrative operations such as office leasing, decoration, expense reimbursement, vehicle leasing and management, and daily operations (procurement, utilities, network, and supplier management);
• Assisting headquarters with local HR tasks like interviews, labor contracts, onboarding, attendance, training, team building, resignation procedures, and salary processing.

Requirements:

• Legal background or previous experience reviewing sales contracts is mandatory;
• Right to work in the UK is required; visa sponsorship is not available;
• HR experience is a plus but not necessary;
• Mandarin language skills are a plus but not necessary.
