Location: The Albany, Deptford, London SE8 4AG (with flexible/hybrid working available)

Contract: Full-time or part-time (3 or 4 days a week). Please state your preference when applying.

ITC is looking for a Legal & Industrial Relations Manager to support our members across the independent performing arts sector.

This is a rare opportunity to play a pivotal role in supporting over 450 member organisations and producers across theatre, dance, circus, opera and other performance art forms. You’ll provide expert legal and management advice to arts organisations, represent members in disputes and union negotiations, and contribute to shaping the sector through training, resources, and advocacy.

We’re looking for someone with legal training and relevant experience, excellent communication skills, and a practical, solutions-focused approach. You’ll be part of a small, values-driven team, working closely with government departments, industry bodies, trade unions, and changemakers to support and strengthen creative organisations and managers across the performing arts sector.
