Our client, a fast-growing and dynamic US law firm, is seeking to recruit a Senior HR Advisor to join their busy HR team in London.

As part of the London HR team, you will support the senior leadership and office leadership team in implementing strategic HR initiatives.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join one of the most prestigious law firms in the world! The position is permanent, with a current hybrid working policy.

Requirements for the Senior HR Advisor:
  • Previous senior-level HR experience, ideally from a reputable law firm
  • Experience as a subject matter expert, coach, and influencer to stakeholders within a global matrix organization
  • Extensive experience managing complex employee relations in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to analyze complex challenges, deliver solutions, and understand strategic HR goals
  • Strong project management skills for effective implementation and success measurement
  • Knowledge of performance management, talent management, succession planning, and employment law
