Part-Time Legal Finance & Office Assistant

Up to GBP28,000 pro rata (DOE) hours per week Nottingham (Office-based)

We re recruiting on behalf of a small, friendly and professional law firm that prides itself on a strong work-life balance and supportive team culture.

They re looking for a Legal Finance & Office Assistant to support with day-to-day finance and administrative duties across the practice. This varied role involves tasks such as invoice and payment processing, reconciliations, and general office support including client-facing duties and occasional PA overflow tasks.

Role details:

  • Part-time: hours per week

  • Office-based in Nottingham

  • Working 3 days per week, ideally Wednesday Friday

  • Hours between 9.30am 4.00pm or 9.30am 4.30pm (flexible)
