Legal Fee Earner – Clinical Negligence

Location: Coventry (Hybrid: 1–2 days WFH)
Salary: £30,000 – £50,000 pa (DoE)
Job Type: PermanentHours:36 per week - 9am to 5.15pm - Monday to Friday - 1 hr lunch (1.25hrs on a Wednesday)

A well-established and forward-thinking law firm in Coventry is seeking a skilled and motivated Legal Fee Earner to join its growing Clinical Negligence department. This is a fantastic opportunity to handle high-quality, claimant-side work, with flexibility to work from home 1–2 days per week.

The Responsibilities of a Legal Fee Earner - Clinical Negligence:You will manage a varied caseload of clinical negligence matters, including:

• Birth & spinal injury

• Gynaecological negligence

• Cancer claims

• Eye injury claims

• Vascular and cardiac claims

• Fatal claims and inquests

The skills & qualities of a Legal Fee Earner - Clinical Negligence:

• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in clinical negligence or personal injury law

• Strong understanding of pre- and post-litigation processes

• Ability to work autonomously on a caseload

• A proven track record of meeting fee earning targets

• Excellent communication and client care skills

• Experience as a Legal Executive, Solicitor, or experienced Paralegal will all be considered
