A fantastic law firm is looking for a professional individual for an exciting role in their central Oxford office. Working as part of a well-established team, they are seeking someone with a strong working knowledge of the legal sector for a brilliant opportunity. You will be able to develop your skills in a structured yet autonomous setting, with long-term progression within a pure legal support capacity. You will be required to support fee earners on a 1 to 10 basis with the following tasks:

  1. Expert management of professional client relationships, including inbox management and call and query handling
  2. Preparation of relevant documents and agendas for client and internal meetings, always working towards tight deadlines
  3. Conducting legal research
  4. Campaigning new initiatives across the team and wider business, not only relating to the support function but also relevant business areas, including circulating internal communications
  5. Assistance in business development and marketing administrative tasks
  6. Management of diaries, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination
  7. All other relevant administrative tasks in line with business needs

Ideally, you possess experience as a PA/EA, preferably within legal, though this is not essential. You must be confident, proactive, and have excellent communication and organizational skills. Flexibility in your work is also important.
