Paralegal
Location: Eton, Berkshire
Salary: £23,800 + Excellent Benefits
Working Hours: Full-Time, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Are you a law graduate or an aspiring litigation executive looking to gain hands-on experience in a respected law firm? This is an exciting opportunity for a Paralegal to manage their own case load while developing your skills in litigation.
We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented individual who is passionate about law and litigation. If you have completed or are currently studying your LPC or SQE and are eager to take on responsibility within a busy legal team, this role could be the perfect fit!

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Managing your own case load from start to finish.
  2. Handling a high volume of claims.
  3. Liaising with clients, external organisations, and legal professionals.
  4. Assisting with client instructions, telephone interviews, and appointments.
  5. Providing legal support and guidance to clients where appropriate.
  6. Reviewing and researching legal matters, including gathering medical notes.
  7. Drafting legal correspondence, letters, and case documentation.
  8. Preparing for infant settlement hearings and instructing counsel.
  9. Undertaking general legal administration and case management.
What We’re Looking For:
  1. Law graduate (LLB) or equivalent qualification.
  2. Completed or currently studying LPC or SQE.
  3. Demonstrable experience in a law firm OR a strong desire to work in law, backed by further qualifications.
  4. Knowledge of legal procedures and case handling.
  5. Excellent communication and client-handling skills.
  6. Strong attention to detail, time management, and organisational abilities.
  7. Ability to work independently while managing multiple cases.
  8. Passion for litigation, law, and legal research.
