A prestigious international law firm, based in the heart of London, is currently seeking a Legal Executive with a strong background in property litigation to join their well-regarded real estate disputes team. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Legal Executive to work on high-profile matters alongside leading solicitors and partners in a collaborative and supportive environment.

As a Legal Executive, you will play a key role in advising a diverse portfolio of clients across the commercial and residential property sectors. The successful Legal Executive will be expected to demonstrate technical excellence in contentious property law, with proven experience managing a caseload involving landlord and tenant disputes, boundary issues, rights of way, and property insolvency matters.

The Legal Executive’s role

The successful Legal Executive will be responsible for handling their own caseload of complex property litigation matters while supporting senior fee earners on more substantial disputes. You will be involved in all stages of the litigation process including pre-action, issuing claims, settlement negotiations, and attending hearings when necessary. There will also be the opportunity to contribute to business development initiatives and client relationship management.

This role would suit a confident communicator with an analytical approach, who is comfortable liaising directly with clients, counsel, and third-party experts.

The Legal Executive
