Legal Entity Project Manager (Contract)

Duration: Up until 31 March 2026 (Possibility for extension)

Location: London/Hybrid (2 - 3 days on site)

Rate: A highly competitive Umbrella Day Rate is available for suitable candidates

Role Profile

As a senior internal consultant, you will develop and execute a comprehensive migration plan to facilitate a smooth and successful business transfer. Your leadership will ensure that we meet our go-live date while upholding the highest quality standards and minimising impacts on our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the taskforce responsible for migration planning and implementation, collaborating with front, middle, and back offices of relevant entities, in coordination with the Project Management Office.
  • Provide regular reporting on project status to senior management and relevant committees.
  • Communicate effectively with department management across the EMEA Division, fostering engagement across all operational areas.
  • Proactively identify potential issues that may affect the business transfer timeline, escalating and addressing them promptly.
  • Enhance collaboration by identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions for better communication between teams.
  • Facilitate workshops for strategic planning initiatives and mentor junior team members to build their capabilities.

Knowledge, Skills, Experience & Qualifications:

  • Proven understanding of programme and project management with a track record of collaborating with Project Managers and Business Analysts to achieve successful outcomes.
  • Experience in legal entity transformation within large, complex financial services organisations.
  • Strong grasp of corporate and investment banking operations from front to back, including IT and Data Management aspects.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage senior leaders effectively.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing business strategies that enhance processes and procedures.
  • Strong analytical skills to summarise complex issues and devise innovative solutions collaboratively.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficient in presenting professionally in large forums, with advanced expertise in MS Office tools.
