Job summary

DMH Stallard LLP in the United Kingdom seeks a graduate for its Marketing and Business Development (MBD) team. You will capture new client enquiries via forms, email and phone, route them promptly, and track outcomes to maximise conversion. You will generate data to help marketing and practice teams optimise spend and content.

You will have the chance to progress to a paralegal role after 12 months subject to vacancy and performance, with mentoring and structured reviews.

Qualifications

• Essential: Law Degree (or equivalent) with interest in pursuing a legal career.
• Excellent telephone manner and clear, professional written communication.
• Strong organisational skills; able to manage competing deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
• Commercial awareness and client service orientation.
• Calm under pressure; able to handle multiple tasks independently.

Responsibilities

• Enquiry intake: log new client enquiries via website forms, email and phone.
• Triaging: identify legal issue and allocate to the right contact per matrix.
• Follow-up: chase contacts to achieve a recorded outcome for each enquiry.
• Measurement & reporting: maintain data quality; monthly volume and response reporting.
• Continuous improvement: propose website/content tweaks based on data.
• Working relationships: liaise with Partners, MBD team and support services.
