DMH Stallard in Gatwick is seeking a New Business Enquiries Coordinator (Graduate) to join the Marketing & Business Development team. The role focuses on capturing initial client enquiries, routing them to the right internal contacts and tracking outcomes to improve marketing effectiveness.

As a graduate role, you will work closely with partners and fee earners, develop data-driven insights, and support the team with monthly reporting and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience in a client-facing or customer service role.
• Excellent telephone manner and clear, professional written communication.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail; able to manage competing deadlines.
• Experience of CRM systems or web analytics.
• Interest in legal marketing and business development.

Responsabilités

• Enquiry intake: Log all new client enquiries via website, email and phone; action within 2 hours.
• Triage and allocation: Identify legal issue and route to correct internal contact.
• Follow-up: Chase internal contacts to ensure recorded outcomes and reasons for non-conversion.
• Measurement and reporting: Maintain enquiries spreadsheet; monthly volume and response time reporting; analyse by source and practice area.
