We are recruiting a Legal Engineer to support end-to-end CLM implementation projects including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment and post-go-live support.
The Legal Engineer is responsible for configuration and implementation on selected core technologies, including, but not limited to - ContractPodAi CLM & LeAh Gen AI, Agiloft, Microsoft 365 and HighQ/Contract Express. This will involve using no-code/low-code and admin features of the tools to configure contract templates, approval workflows and perform user admin tasks.
Your primary responsibility will be hands-on technical configuration and 1st & 2nd line client support and you will be expected to become conversant in these and other technologies as needed. Training will be provided.
As a Legal Engineer, you will be expected to understand the context for each client and assist in designing solutions including process mapping, documenting organisational structures and template automation. Template automation will involve assessing client precedent templates, reviewing and updating markup notations and consolidating templates.
