Job description

We are looking for an experienced Legal Engineer, with experience within legal, compliance and risk based in our global Headquarters in Windsor, UK. You'll be working with Power Automate, Conga, and a variety of internal platforms, looking at continuous improvement processes, to be able to identify, design and deliver on efficiency projects that support our Legal teams through automation and technology.

What you'll do:

  • Drive Process Changes:Influence and lead change management and transformation across the function, ensuring alignment among stakeholders; you'll have clear and transparent communication, and ensure a seamless adoption of new processes and solutions. Being able to make change happen in a matrix environment.
  • Design & Build Automation Solutions:Implement automation solutions across the function using tools such as PowerPlatform, Conga, and similar technologies to streamline legal processes and enhance efficiency.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams:Partner with stakeholders from multiple business units to identify opportunities for automation and optimize workflows for improved operational effectiveness.
  • Monitor & Troubleshoot:Ensure the smooth performance of automation solutions by continuously testing, monitoring, and resolving any issues that arise, all while meeting key business requirements.
  • Contract Template & Approval Design:Work with key stakeholders to design efficient contract templates, approval workflows, and reporting frameworks to streamline contract management processes.
  • Training & Support:Provide training and ongoing support to internal teams to ensure effective adoption of contract automation tools and successful integration into daily operations.
  • Subject-Matter Expert:Become the go-to expert for technology, staying up to date with the latest tools, trends, and innovations in the legal and risk management space.
  • Promote a Culture of Innovation:Lead efforts to drive the adoption of digital tools and processes, promoting continuous improvement and fostering a culture of innovation within the team.
  • Measure Success:Track the performance of implemented solutions using KPIs, and report on cost savings, efficiency gains, and user satisfaction to demonstrate the value of the solutions.

What you'll bring:

  • Proven experience implementing workflowand contract automation solutions, ideally within an in-house environment.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Power Automate, Conga, or other similar contract automation platforms.
  • Able to mapand improve processes through automation.
  • Project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliverables effectively.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshootingskills.
  • Excellent communicationand interpersonal skillsto engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
