Job Description

As a Legal Customer Service Advisor, you will be supporting clients with a range of enquiries in relation to the services the business offers. You will ensure each query is resolved promptly and the highest level of customer experience is provided.

The role will be mainly telephone-based, dealing with incoming and outgoing phone calls predominantly from clients and third parties such as banks and other financial organisations.

  2. Able to work in a demanding and busy environment.
