S&H are partnering with a leading pension fund based in London. The business is seeking a high quality Real Estate lawyer to join its in-house team in a key Legal Counsel role, supporting the Senior Managing Counsel. This is an exciting and varied position.

The role

A business facing in-house role at a top tier company, with a balance of business partnering and advising stakeholders on a variety of corporate and strategic matters. The role can be broken down as follows:

• Negotiating legal documentation with a particular focus on property and alternative real estate assets.
• Providing legal advice with regards to remediation schemes across the businesses real estate portfolio.
• Supporting commercial property teams with regards to development projects.

About you

• Significant real estate experience including development and alternative assets.
• Strong academics.
• Law firm trained.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• PQE bracket is 6 years and above. This is a guide only.
