An elite US Private Equity firm is seeking a strong, private practice qualified M&A transactional Associate to join their London-based team. The role is exclusively transaction-focused, suitable for a driven deals lawyer, and will be part of the investment team.

The team requires an experienced associate from a Tier 1 global law firm's M&A or Private Equity practice.

Candidate Profile

• 3-5 PQE in a Legal 100 M&A practice
• Proven track record in complex cross-border M&A transactions
• Strong academic record from university and law school
• Qualified solicitor in England & Wales
