Responsibilities

You will tackle a wide range of commercial contracts, supporting key stakeholders, product owners, and teams across the business. Acting as a key member of the legal team, you will also cover corporate matters. You will work on commercial matters from inception to completion, ensuring that all deals are aligned with technical requirements and business goals.

You will have the opportunity to cover broader in-house legal issues, such as dispute resolution, legal research, policy development, and more. Additionally, you will resolve issues that arise in existing commercial deals, providing pragmatic, solutions-focused legal advice to help the business navigate challenges.
