About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive andskilled Legal Counsel with a strong focus on licensing and regulatorycompliance. In this role, you will provide legal support acrossvarious business functions while ensuring the company meets itsregulatory obligations in multiple jurisdictions. You will play a keyrole in managing licensing activities and act as a liaison withregulators and external counsel.
KeyResponsibilities:
- Provide legal guidance with aprimary focus on regulatory compliance and licensing.
- Supportthe wider Legal, Compliance & Risk (LCR) function in areas such ascommercial contracts, data protection, and general compliance.
- Oversee and manage communication with regulatory authorities.
- Coordinate and supervise the work of external legal counsel.
- Lead efforts to obtain new licenses globally and ensureongoing compliance with existing licensing requirements.
- Perform other related duties as reasonably required.
