Zusammenfassung

Sky is seeking a Legal professional to lead integrity investigations within the Sky Listens programme. You will direct escalated investigations in partnership with Group Risk and HR, shape policy enhancements, and oversee external disclosures requiring Ethics & Compliance approvals.

You will work across risk, compliance and business teams in a fast-paced multinational environment. The role requires a UK legal qualification with at least 3 years PQE in ethics, compliance or financial crime

Qualifikationen

• UK legal qualification or equivalent; minimum 3 years PQE in ethics & compliance investigations.

Aufgaben

• Direct or conduct escalated integrity investigations in partnership with Group Risk and HR.
• Partner with HR Legal to align on the management of fair employment investigations.
• Proactively identify opportunities for and support the delivery of policy and process enhancements to the Sky Listens programme.
• Oversee external disclosures requiring Group Ethics & Compliance approvals.
• Support the conduct of risk assessments, assisting Group Ethics & Compliance to ensure appropriate alignment and oversight.
• Collaborate with team members on Group Ethics & Compliance driven initiatives, including policies and procedures, training and communications, and third-party risk management.
